Returns

Everything is hand painted and made to order therefore all sales are final and returns are NOT accepted. Please be sure of your size before placing an order. 14 day cool off period does not apply to custom items made for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days to report a product as damaged upon delivery unworn.  

All our shoes are hand painted with 2 top coats applied to protect against UV damage, minor scuffs and water. Custom pairs should be cared for as per the aftercare sheet provided in your shoe box. We recommend cleaning and caring for your shoes as and when they do get dirty, rather than letting dirt and stains build up. Customs are not recommended for heavy, daily wear, or wear in dirty environments to prolong the life of your shoes.

If you have any issues out-with expected wear and tear with you customs, please contact us within 6 months to return them for inspection. Please ensure your customs are reasonably clean upon return. If your pair are deemed to be faulty on our behalf, we will repair them and send them back to you free of charge.

If they are found to be faulty beyond normal wear and tear conditions, a report will be typed up documenting all faults and concern points including photos and videos of the affected areas. You will then be given the option of having the shoes returned to you, or pay a repair fee to have them fixed and sent back out to you. The repair fee will be subject to the extent of damage and will be discussed within the report. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds will not be issued after work has started on your order, this includes deposits paid on custom orders. All information is available at www.customsbyg.co.uk to show time frame, delivery, currency and return information and therefor refunds for any of these reasons will not be eligible.

By placing your order, terms of this policy have been accepted.
