All orders placed will be shipped within 6 -8 weeks unless you are contacted and advised otherwise. 8 weeks is only in extremely busy periods such as Christmas and Summer holidays. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail and are fully tracked and insured. Customs By G is not liable for any customs and duties fees you may be required to pay upon your order arriving in your home country. If your order has been damaged in transit, Customs By G cannot be held responsible and this must be taken up with the delivery/shipping company that delivered your parcel.
